Lathem Time PCEXPRESS is a contactless, touch-free digital time clock that helps employees clock in and out by simply waving their proximity badge in front of the device. It reduces contact and helps prevent the spread of germs. It works with Lathem’s PayClock Online software (subscription required), which securely tracks hours and overtime and allows payroll exports to systems like ADP, Paychex, and QuickBooks. Employees can also use the time clock to transfer departments, enter tips, view worked hours, and check benefit balances. Supervisors can manage employee statuses, send messages, and override schedules. The system supports 150 employees and features a 5-inch touchscreen for easy use.
