Refund & Return Policy
At Garafour, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please review our policy to ensure a smooth and transparent return process.
Inspection and Acceptance
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect the products immediately. If any items are damaged, defective, or do not match your order, you are entitled to return them according to the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return products under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: Products that are damaged or defective at the time of receipt can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Customer Errors: If you ordered the wrong item, you must return it within 30 days from the invoice date. The product must be in its original, resalable condition.
- Warehouse Errors/Shortages: For concealed damage or errors from our warehouse (e.g., incorrect product), returns must be initiated within 10 days of the invoice date.
Visible Damage: If your product arrives visibly damaged, you must report and return the item within 5 days of the invoice date.
Return Requirements
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization issued by Garafour.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging, with all components intact and in resalable condition (no markings, labels, or damages).
- Certain items, including food and beverage products, pharmaceuticals, discontinued items, special orders, and closeout merchandise, are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
Garafour will not accept returns for certain categories of products, including:
- Food and beverage products
- Pharmaceuticals
- Machine/Floor equipment
- Discontinued or expired items
- Special order and closeout items
- Items purchased directly from the manufacturer

Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Request a Return Authorization from Garafour within the specified time frame.
- Ensure the products are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Return the products within the correct unit of measure, as purchased.
Restocking Fees
For items returned that do not meet our return guidelines, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Non-compliant returns may be refused, and products may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. If eligible, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Proof of Delivery
Any request for proof of delivery must be made within 60 days of receiving the invoice. After this period, we are unable to provide proof of delivery.
