I really love the weight and feel of this paper, but it does require learning about how to use it with your printer. You need to have a photo printer that can handle heavy weight paper. I have an Epson ET-8550 printer that I use this in.
My main issue with the printer is that I can't load any custom ICC profiles easily so I need to figure out which default profile to use. I will use the Velvet Fine Art Paper profile on my printer when using this paper and the print comes out really nice.
You also need to know how the different papers and finishes affects what is printed. When I print color photos to this paper, they come out nice but the colors aren't always as vivid as on my monitor or printed with papers with a luster, semi-gloss, or glossy finish. This paper does not have a shiny finish on it and that will impact the brightness when doing color prints.
Overall I really like what I can do with this paper.
